Wildacts pound North Texas 45-6

Scott and I attended the KSU vs.N. Texas game last night with our friends Matt and Mary. K-State stole the lead early from N. Texas, with 471 total yards our favored Wildcats pulled out a fantasic victory. We can only hope that this game can reflect many more wins to come for our team!

Our friends had a fun "International Party" last night to celebrate the end of the Summer Olympics. Thanks Jen and Josh for an AWESOME evening. We had so much fun!

Wow!!! With the girls at school Kade and Mom have really been having fun. We have been finger painting and making oatmeal play-dough. Mom has really enjoyed her "little guy" this past week ( and feels like a 1st time Mom again)

Busy Weekend!

While I was having fun at the lake Scott was rather busy with my 3 kids. We had 4 soccer games in 36 hours and a "princess"party to attend. Of course Scott did it all with finesse, and my home was clean to boot. Thanks Honey!

Little Kade was pretty sad this morning when his sissy's left for school, so I told him he could put his back pack on and "pretend" he was going to school. This only worked for a moment, until he realized his Mom was full of it!

First Day of School!!

School started this morning at 8:40am and my girls were ready to go. After an anxiety filled night, I think their "jitters" were relieved once they overcame their 1st day. My baby girl started her first day of Kindergarten and Kiersten started 2nd grade...where did the time go. (It is true when they say, "do not wish it away", as school comes way to soon!

Back to School Bash at the Club!

My Boy finally got his Boots!!

Kade has been waiting for 2 weeks for his cowboy boots to arrive from EBAY, and finally they came in pristine condition. He is so proud of those boots. GOTTA LUV THOSE BOYZ!!!!

Beautiful Sunset!!

We were able to enjoy a beautiful Friday night at the lake. Our neighbors came over for some smores and fun.We are going to miss these beautiful nights at the lake once school starts!

This is what Kade will miss most about summer

I had a sad realization tonight....my 3 kiddos were swimming at our neighborhood pool today and Kade was having so much fun with his big sisters. I realized next week they will both be in school full time. Kade is going to be so bummed out when his sissy's go back to school. Sorry Kade its just you and Mom!!

First Sleepover...Bust or Blast???

Kiersten was invited to spend the night at Halle's last week. I was amazed how many activities Kerry had planned for them. They went out to dinner, picked out a movie at Blockbuster, went hot tubing at Grandma's, had a SPA night with facials and had popcorn and movie night. The night was going great..until I got a dreaded call at 4 am. Kiersten got sick with the stomach flu and the sleepover came to a halt. I felt terrible for Halle's family, but Kerry as always was so sweet about it!

T-Rex, Coco Key Lagoon Water Park, Reunion with Grandpa...PRICELESS

We had a great weekend....thanks to the Lieker Family. Kiersten was invited to Kristen's 7th birthday party at Coco Key Water park and we kinda tagged along to check the place out (thanks Cass!) After a great lunch at T-Rex, we headed to Coco Key in K.C. and played in the water all day. We were also able to hang with Grandma and Gramps for the weekend and get some school shopping done!
