Kade 4 wheeling it!

Birthday Dinner & BIG BOY presents!

After celebrating at school, it was off to nana's and papa's house for a yummy meal and gift opening (and...yes....this is about the time Kade had his first melt down).....until Daddy brought out a small little motorized vehicle with a bow on it, Kaden perked right up, when daddy said it was for him. It is a 4 wheeler- and no this one don't take no batteries. I think I might loose it-just thinking about how my newly 5 year old son is going to handle this-yikes!!!!

Kaden turns 5 years old!!!

Kade celebrated his birthday with his school classmates, and the girls and I went to his school to surprise him with, THE ONE AND ONLY Justin Bieber cupcakes. Most of you know he is a HUGE Beiber FEVER fan-so we just decided...." What the Heck" and let him bask in these short-lived JB days. (And the JB edible cupcake images were a HUGE hit with the 4 & 5 year old.

Breck Take 5

We said our good-bye's to our cousins and said our hellos to our Manhattan friends. We were able to hook up with the Walker's, Palmgrens, and Hodges at Keystone for some tubing fun and then again in Breck for some Monday afternoon skiing.

Sping Break Take 4

Day 4 was spent with our beloved cousins again....we decided to try out the new winter alpine slide on Peak 8-too much fun!

Breckenridge Ice Arena-Spring Break TAKE 3

A visit to Breckenridge is not complete, without stopping at the Ice Arena. My kids love to skate here, and it was even better this year with Jack, Lily, and Aunt Shelly. Good Times!!!!!

SPRING BREAK DAY 2

My kiddos hooked up with their cousins from Gunnison for the weekend. These kids have a blast together-they are so close in age, and only see each 1 -2 times per year, so our visits together are incredibly special. We hot-tubed, ice-skated, went swimming, and visited the Breckenridge Children's museum.

SPRING BREAK DAY 1

We started off our Spring Break in Breckenridge Colorado, and took advantage of the gorgeous day and immediately went skiing. The girls now ski independently and our little guy went to ski school for the first time. We had a great time skiing with the girls!

FUN Weekend!

What a fun weekend we had. Friday night Kiersten, Kade and I headed to Lawrence (for Kiersten's BB tourney), we made a quick stop at my favorite restaurant Chucky Cheese, and then headed to our hotel. We spent Friday night swimming in Lawrence, and then it was off to bed for early morning BB games. Kiersten's team did great and won 2 out 3 games. We had some down time inbetween games, so we took some of the team back to the hotel and swam some more. These girls were tired by the time they played their 5pm game-yikes. What a fun filled day. We headed to K.C. after the tourney and hung out with Grandma and Grandpa Sunday...what a blessing-filled weekend!
