Ran the K.C Half marathon with Deb on Saturday (yes....that was only 6 days POST marathon for me). I felt great. But, more than that...it was pure JOY to be there for Deb on her first half. She was hoping for a 2:20, but ended up running a 2:15 (so AWESOME, and I can't wait til our next one).After the race...the family headed to Deanna Rose Farmstead for fun, and then to visit my 91 year Grandma. GOOD TIMES!
