Kade's Kindegarten class ventured out to Britt's farm last week, to finish off their pumpkin unit. Their week started by disecting pumpkins and measuring and weighing them. They also counted every pumpkin seed from their dissected pumpkins. Then these kiddo planted their seeds in baggies and observed and recorded their growth. Their amazing teacher Mrs. Shepek, then took some seeds home roasted these and make pumpkin pies for the kids. So the perfect ending to a perfect week, came in the form of a field trip to the pumpkin patch!
